Once you place your order you will be provided with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. We aim to ship orders out within 2-3 business days, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a email with your tracking reference number.
UK Standard Shipping is 3-5 days business days, UK Express Shipping is 2 business days, International Shipping is 7-14 business days depending on location. International customers are expected to cover all customs & duty fees incurred during transit.

Most people take 3 months minimum to start seeing a difference or any noticeable changes to their hair/beard growth. However, some results are much quicker than 3 months, we are highly confident in our products that you will see results after this standard time frame with consistency.

Due to the nature of the product, your item can't be returned. Certain products such as personalised products or personal care (beauty) cannot be returned.
If you aren't happy with the product or it has arrived damaged and you want your money back then send us a email at Luxuriatecentral@gmail.com to notify us about your concerns. Once we've received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so allow us approximately 3-7 working days for the payment to be processed.

Our products are scientifically formulated for all genders & hair types.
If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend to take a patch test before using our products, Even natural oils can react with peoples skins. You can carry out a patch test by simply getting a tiny amount of the oil and putting some behind your ear and let it to dry. If your skin starts to react with the oil then we don't recommend you to continue using the product.
